These terms apply to your use of growinggifted.com and any newsletter, content, or resources Growing Gifted publishes (the “Services”). They do not apply to app.growinggifted.com or any other platform, which has its own separate terms. By using the Services, you agree to these terms.

What Growing Gifted provides

Growing Gifted publishes general information and resources about gifted education for parents, teachers, and school leaders. This may include articles, newsletters, downloadable guides, and (in future) modules, workshops, or consulting services described on our website. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these terms.

Not individual professional advice

The content we publish is general information only. It is not personalised psychological, educational, medical, or legal advice, and reading it does not create a professional, therapeutic, or advisory relationship between you and Growing Gifted or its founders. Every child and family is different — decisions about your own child should take into account your specific circumstances, and where appropriate, the advice of a qualified professional working directly with your child. Where Growing Gifted offers a distinct, individual service (such as a paid one-on-one consultation), separate Consulting Terms of Service apply.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our newsletter — including text, guides, and branding — belongs to Growing Gifted or its licensors, unless stated otherwise. You may read, download, and share our content for personal or classroom use, and you may quote it with attribution. You may not republish, sell, or present our content as your own without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please don’t use the Services to do anything unlawful, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to misrepresent your affiliation with Growing Gifted.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is.” While we make reasonable efforts to keep our content evidence-informed and accurate, we don’t guarantee that it is complete, current, or error-free, or that it will produce any particular outcome for your child, classroom, or school. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growing Gifted and its founders are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Services. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

Where we link to external resources, we do so because we believe them to be credible — but we don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or availability.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services grow. If we make a material change, we’ll take reasonable steps to let you know — for example, a note on the website or in the newsletter. Continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
